About

Jonathan Howells is the Creative Director of Dinnick & Howells, a branding, design and motion graphics company with offices in London, England and Toronto, Canada.

Graphic Definer is an ongoing survey of the “art of typography” plucked from history, from the world we live in today, and from innovations that lead us toward the future. Posts will all relate, in some way, to typographic form, and I hope to keep challenging conventional definitions and expectations!

  4. Hi Jonathan,
    Cool site!
I have an extensive collection of type books, many vintage type specimen books as well as type finders and misc. type books – dozens 0 that I would like to sell.
Any thoughts about how to do it as a collection?
    Thanks.
